These are the rules for using remunance.com. They cover what you can do on the site, what you can’t, and where you stand with us legally when you read a guide or send us a message. Worth a read before you go any further.
1. Your agreement with us
Use the site and you accept these terms. If you’re here for a company, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept them on its behalf. If any part doesn’t sit right with you, the answer is simple. Don’t use the site.
These terms are about the website, and only the website. They’re separate from any signed agreement you have with us for employer of record or PEO work. Where a signed services agreement exists, that one runs the show.
2. About Remunance
Remunance Services Pvt. Ltd. is an India based employer of record and PEO. We help companies abroad build teams in India without opening a local entity. There’s more on the About Us page, and our approach is laid out on Why Remunance.
We’re based in Pune. You can reach the team through the Contact Us page or at marketing@remunance.com.

5. The website is information, not an offer
Everything here is published for general information. Prices we mention, service descriptions, timelines, all of it can change, and nothing on the site is a binding offer or a contract. An engagement with us starts only when both sides sign a services agreement. If you want to get to that point, the quickest route is to book a consultation.
6. Calculators, guides, and estimates
Our tools, like the EOR cost calculator and the salary calculator, are there to help you plan. They give estimates based on what you type in and on assumptions that hold at the time. Your real costs and contributions depend on your own situation and on rules that move. Treat every figure as a starting point for a proper quote, not the final word.
7. No professional advice
Our guides explain employment, payroll, tax, and compliance in plain language. They aren’t legal, tax, or HR advice, and you shouldn’t act on them alone. Check your position with a qualified adviser, or talk to us about your circumstances, before you decide anything.
8. Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, we own or license everything on this site, including the Remunance name, the logo, the page copy, and the design. Don’t use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you, and don’t reproduce big chunks of our content, without written permission. We respect other people’s rights too, so if you think something here infringes yours, tell us through Contact Us and we’ll look into it.
9. Your enquiries and submissions
When you fill in a form, you’re telling us the details are accurate and that you’re allowed to share them. We handle the personal data you give us under our privacy policy and our Cookie Policy. One ask: don’t send confidential commercial information through a web form before we’ve got a written agreement in place.
10. Links to other sites
Some pages link out to other websites, government portals, research, that kind of thing, because they’re useful to readers. We don’t run those sites and we’re not responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your data. A link isn’t an endorsement.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site up and current, but we don’t promise it’ll always be available or error free. We can change, pause, or pull any part of it whenever we need to, without notice. If it’s down for a while, that isn’t something we’re liable for.
12. Liability
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for lost profit, revenue, data, or business that comes from using this site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on what’s on it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under Indian law. And none of this touches the rights you have under a separate signed services agreement.
13. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that costs us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.
14. Privacy and cookies
How we collect and use personal data is in our privacy policy. How we use cookies is in our Cookie Policy. Use the site and you accept both.
15. Governing law
These terms run under Indian law. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you can’t sign away under local law.
16. Changes to these terms
We update these now and then. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when we last changed it. Check back so you know where you stand.
17. How to contact us
Question about these terms? Email marketing@remunance.com or use the Contact Us page. Got a concern about our service instead? That goes through our Complaints Procedure.
