Ranjana Vaidya is the Chief Executive Officer of Remunance Services Pvt. Ltd., a government-recognized Employer of Record (EOR) and international PEO provider headquartered in Pune, India.
A Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), she is as passionate about numbers as she is about building trustworthy platforms and a harmonious environment for overseas companies to enter India and flourish. She also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA).
At Remunance, she leads strategy and operations for a company that helps businesses from 16 countries hire, pay, and manage compliant teams in India without setting up their own legal entity.

Ranjana is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), the senior designation awarded after years of continued practice. On top of the CA qualification, she earned a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), which sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and data governance.
That combination matters in the EOR business: she understands both the numbers on a client's balance sheet and the systems that have to keep those numbers, and the employee data behind them, secure and compliant.
