Vaibhavi Vaidya is the Chief Growth Officer and Director at Remunance Services Pvt. Ltd., an Indian Employer of Record (EOR) provider based in Pune.
She studied Chemical Engineering at ICT Mumbai and later completed a Master’s at Cornell University, where she also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant.
Over the past decade-plus, she has worked across cross-border workforce solutions, client success strategy, and India market-entry advisory.
At Remunance, she has helped 85+ overseas clients from 16 countries hire and manage compliant teams in India. Before that, she spent several years at Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 building materials company, working in application development and business development across technical product lines.

Ranjana is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), the senior designation awarded after years of continued practice. On top of the CA qualification, she earned a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), which sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and data governance.
That combination matters in the EOR business: she understands both the numbers on a client's balance sheet and the systems that have to keep those numbers, and the employee data behind them, secure and compliant.
