Remunance Services Pvt. Ltd. is an India focused employer of record (EOR) and professional employer organisation (PEO). It lets companies around the world hire, pay, and manage employees in India compliantly, without the cost and delay of forming a local entity. The business grew out of more than twenty years in payroll management, and it runs the full legal, payroll, and HR chain itself, from PF and ESI registration through to Form 16.
It also handles independent contractor engagements and Indian subsidiary formation for clients ready to set up on their own. Remunance is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, and is led by founder and managing director Rajendra Vaidya.
