Key Responsibilities:

– SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored specifically to target B2B audiences. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

– Content Optimization: Optimize existing and new content to improve organic search visibility and relevance for B2B keywords and topics. This includes on-page optimization, meta tag optimization, keyword integration, and content structuring.

– Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues and ensure the website is optimized for search engine crawlers. Monitor website performance, crawl errors, site speed, and implement necessary fixes.

– Link Building: Plan and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance the website’s credibility within the B2B landscape. Identify opportunities for guest posting, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

– Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

– Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Proactively identify opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

– Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website optimization efforts. Communicate SEO strategies, recommendations, and results effectively to stakeholders.
– 3+ years of experience in SEO with a focus on B2B, preferably in a publishing or content-driven environment.
– Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving measurable results.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
– Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahref, Moz, or similar platforms.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
