Job Description
• Architect and develop sophisticated backend solutions and microservices using Python, guaranteeing system scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Lead the architectural blueprint of our SaaS application, working in tandem with other teams to blend business logic and user requirements into coherent, well-organized systems.
• Advocate for best practices in coding and system design, establishing benchmarks for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Conduct detailed code reviews, offering constructive critique to team members, nurturing an environment of excellence and ongoing enhancement.
• Proactively pinpoint system bottlenecks and scalability challenges, devising and executing robust solutions to improve system resilience and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and advise on system architecture and design principles, cultivating a robust technical culture within the team.
• Spearhead the integration of new technologies and methodologies to refine our development processes and product excellence.
• Ready, willing, and able to pick up new technologies and pitch in on story tasks (design, code, test, CI/CD, deploy, etc.)
