Job Description:

1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, well-researched content that addresses the needs, challenges, and interests of our B2B audience. Develop compelling articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content formats that showcase industry expertise and thought leadership.
2. B2B Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of B2B industries, trends, challenges, and best practices. Research and stay updated on industry news, developments, and emerging topics to inform content creation efforts.
3. SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords, optimize content for search engines, and improve organic visibility. Ensure that content adheres to SEO best practices while maintaining high editorial standards.
4. Audience Engagement: Write content that engages and resonates with our B2B audience. Craft compelling headlines, intros, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage readers to engage, share, and take desired actions.
5. Content Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and partnerships. Collaborate on content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
6. Content Strategy: Contribute to content ideation, planning, and strategy sessions. Develop content calendars and outlines that align with business objectives, target audience interests, and editorial themes.
7. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style. Ensure that all content meets high editorial standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

– Proven track record of creating compelling, high-quality content that drives engagement and generates leads.
– Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
– Ability to conduct thorough research and distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
– Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
– Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
– Experience working in a publishing or media organization.
– Knowledge of B2B marketing tactics, including lead generation and nurturing.
– Familiarity with content analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
– Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation.
– Understanding of HTML and basic web design principles.
