Now well past the pandemic, hybrid working still prevails as a favorable option for employees and employers worldwide. Apart from work-life balance, there are various benefits of hybrid working. This includes access to a deeper talent pool, a cost-effective work setup, enhanced collaboration due to constant virtual team meets high productivity, and so on. As per a recent survey conducted by Bloomberg in 2022, 44% of the companies in the US wish to continue with hybrid working indefinitely. In addition, 74% of companies in 2022, plan to implement a permanent hybrid working model.
