JOB DESCRIPTION
• End to End Recruitment
• Updating ATS, status report on daily basis
• Coordinating with clients to understand JD
• Coordinating with Recruitment Vendors to Explain JD
• Sharing Profiles with Client (Direct recruited or from Vendors)
• Scheduling Interview, Sharing Test links and follow up with candidates
• Sharing Feedback with Vendors/ Candidate
• Vendor Management
• Drafting offer Letter, NDA, Salary Breakup and Work assignment letter
• One of HR Activity
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent written and verbal Communication
• Good Knowledge of Employment Laws
• Quick learner on tools and processes
• Self motivated with ability to take ownership and responsibility of given operational tasks
QUALIFICATIONS: Computer Science graduate with MBA in HR is a plus
